In 2009 I was in a very dark place and time in my life. So I started Bentley Mental Health then decided I wanted to do more so we started Construction Buddies, but again we wanted to do more,so now started MATES-R-US
So we now started Mates-r-us to help everyone we can to realise how good it is to talk about your issues, As letting them build up inside can lead to a lot worse problems,
