DFW Construction Career Day

Construction Career Day is a construction career exploration event designed to provide 9th through 12th-grade students a chance to experience the construction industry through interactive learning labs and equipment demonstrations under supervision by professional construction companies. Attendees can also learn about education paths to a career in the industry. To make this event a success, TxDOT Civil Rights Division partners with the Associated General Contractors of Texas, Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas, and the Federal Highway Administration.
