Our team is very experienced with the practical use of the FIDIC Conditions of the Contract. Owner and Founder Mr Nikola Pavlovic (PMP - Project Management Professional certified by PMI-Project Management Institute, USA) is a local FIDIC Trainer since 2018 and President of the Board of Directors at ACES (Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia) since October 2021. He gained his experience working as Director for Marketing, Technical Preparation and Business Development in the largest SEE Construction Company Energoproject and as Head of Commercial and Contracts in the largest SEE development company Belgrade Waterfront.
