We are providing a wide range of services related to the Construction Contracts in general and particularly with FIDIC Conditions of the Contract. You need help from the very beginning of the Project. Our services are using Employers, Engineers, Designers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Layers. Scope of our services start with Offer Preparation, through the Project execution phase (Variation Orders, Claims), unit the final resolution of the disputes (DAB, DAAB, Mediation, Expert Witness and Arbitration). Our team is very experienced with the practical use of the FIDIC Conditions of the Contract. Owner and Founder Mr Nikola Pavlovic (PMP - Project Management Professional certified by PMI-Project Management Institute, USA) is a local FIDIC Trainer since 2018 and President of the Board of Directors at ACES (Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia) since October 2021. He gained his experience working as Director for Marketing, Technical Preparation and Business Development in the largest SEE Construction Company Energoproject and as Head of Commercial and Contracts in the largest SEE development company Belgrade Waterfront.
