The Construction Leadership Forum (CLF), established in 2019, is a collaborative initiative between the construction industry, the public sector and Scottish Government.
The CLF is chaired by the Minister for Business.
Our shared vision for the sector, the Scottish Construction Accord, launched in 2022 and includes key principles such as fair work, diversity and inclusion.
Our co-designed Transformation Action Plan to deliver on the Accord launched in January 2024. Eleven working groups are now focussed on delivery, overseen by CLF’s Transformation Board.
