Construction Mechanics (CMI) was formed from an electric contracting business in 2009 that saw needs in the construction staffing industry that were not being met. Because the ownership of CMI were previously electric contractors for over 20 years, the problems of experience, competitive pay and reliability in people were some issues they faced on a daily basis. What they experienced were people sent out on jobs that were not thoroughly vetted. This caused major problems in productivity, profitability and quality.
Believing that CMI could provide thoroughly vetted productive high quality skilled craftsmen to contractor’s and industrial clients we committed ourselves to the staffing industry for that purpose. And to that end we continue with this philosophy in mind:
