We offer a complete package with regard to satisfying air leakage compliance for building regulations L1A, L2A and L2B from Air Leakage Consultancy input at the design stage through to final air leakage testing. We sell our high level of service and the experience of having tested over 21,000 buildings including museums, schools, hospitals, offices, hotels, warehouses, houses and flats. In the event of a failure it is this experience that can provide the value for money and help to make a building compliant within a site visit. Our engineers work alongside the main contractor identifying leakage paths which are then sealed by the main contractor. Based in Ipswich, Suffolk our air test engineers are all full time employees committed to providing the service we expect of them. Through third party partners we also offer Sound Testing, Thermal Imaging, SBEM Calculations, SAP Calculations and EPC's.
