CONSTRUCTION SITE SPECIALTIES LLC

Construction Site Specialties, LLC was formed in 2001 by founder Jeremy Breaux. In the early years of the business, work focused on providing local residential contractors with demolition, debris removal and earthwork. Not long after, the scope of work expanded regionally into the commercial market. In 2012, the services provided by Construction Site Specialties, LLC grew to include erosion control, earthwork, site utilities and storm drainage. In 2016, cast in place concrete was added to the services provided. This division of the company specializes in cast in place concrete foundations and site paving. To date, Construction Site Specialties, LLC has grown from two employees in 2001 to eighty in 2019. The eighty employees are segmented into four site utility crews, two storm drainage crews, three earthwork crews and one concrete crew. We specialize in apartment complexes and subdivisions. We have also performed work at hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, municipal buildings and churches. We also personally designed and developed several subdivisions of our own. We can provide asphalt paving and concrete work as well. Our project managers and field staff have many years of experience which allow us to provide efficient work and accuracy on all our projects. Our office staff is very knowledgeable in all aspects of daily paperwork and billing including AIA documents, certified payroll and tracking change orders. We pride ourselves in great communication skills both in the field and inside the office. We are a self-sufficient company in that we can offer a complete site package. The scopes of work that we provide are site work, underground utilities, and scraper/pan work. We also offer erosion control, demolition, asphalt paving and lime stabilization.
