Owner Timothy Scott is a General Contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction based out of San Jose, CA. Having grown up in and around the construction business, Timothy possesses a degree in Construction Technology with 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent working with many clients to complete a wide range of projects in the SF Bay Area before starting his own company in April of 2016. Through his experiences building custom homes and high tech commercial spaces in the SF Bay Area, he has cultivated strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, business executives, architects, designers and quality subcontractors.
Construction Technology Builder was founded as a family own and run company on the belief that quality craftsman work and good design go hand in hand. Timothy oversees all aspects of construction with a keen attention to detail along with his passion for building and design to help bring the client and design team’s vision from paper to reality.
Residential work includes: kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, room additions, home repair projects and ground up new custom home building.
Commercial work includes: interior commercial space improvements, market ready work for property manager companies and office build outs.
