Overview of Services INVESTIGATION: Perform on-site and in-person facility evaluations to identify issues and propose a remediation plan, provided in a detailed report. DESIGN: A project plan is designed with consideration of our client's specific priorities, desired timeline, and budgetary requirements. The design plan typically include general conditions, bid form, summary of work, technical sections, and AutoCAD detail drawings. BIDDING: To identify the best contractor for our clients needs, we host a pre-bid meeting with qualified prospective contractors at the project site, allowing them to view the location, ask questions, and receive an overview of general requirements. Prospective contractors then submit their bids to us, which are compiled into a bid tabulation sheet for easy side-by-side comparison. When the bid tabulation sheet is complete, a meeting is scheduled with the client to recommend the optimal contractor for their project. PRE-CONSTRUCTION: Once a contractor has been selected, required project agreement forms are prepared and we facilitate a pre-construction meeting to review the project requirements with the selected contractor and client stakeholders. DURING CONSTRUCTION: Development is overseen through our quality assurance program, which includes daily/weekly site visits (as required), field reports documenting work performed, any observed deficiencies/impediments, and review of any invoices or change requests.
