ConstructionLCA is a consultancy run by Jane Anderson, providing EPD Verification Services through the International EPD Programme and EPD Norge, and she is happy to quote for Construction Product EPD Verifications within these programmes. She is also an approved Verifier for the German EPD Programme, IBU and and EPD Ireland, which appoint verifiers directly.
Jane has over 20 years experience in developing Product Category Rules (PCR) for EPD Programmes, producing Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and 15 years experience verifying EPD. She was a co-author of the Green Guide to Specification, for Housing and the 2002 and 2009 editions for use in BREEAM.
Jane can also advise on EPD strategy , for example choice of type of EPD and EPD programme. Jane can also advise on PCR development.
Jane has been involved in European and International Standards development for construction product EPD and is the UK expert to CEN/TC350/WG3 and ISO/TC59/SC17/WG3, working on the development of EN 15804:2012 and ISO 21930:2017 and is currently involved in amending EN 15804 to align with PEF for the construction sector and developing ISO 22057, a new standard covering the use of EPD within Building Information Modelling (BIM).
