Main works are executed at the ground level, elevating (for construction) or depressing (for demolition) a building or a facility (including scyscrapers). Under such a condition the need of tower cranes (working platforms) is eliminated, and special new technlogy hoisting mechanisms are used for elevation (depression) of buildings and facilities.
