I help people who help people improve the world. I do this through offering management and leadership development workshops, 1:1 coaching and group coaching. I help those who care about being better managers, be better leaders. As a HR professional I know that training can be pushed aside, organisations are busy meeting the “must have’s” and training is seen as something that will happen, at some time. I have 10years HR experience, I serve as a Charity Trustee of ‘FAVOR UK’ and on the board for the Charity Trust ‘Nafferton Orchard’ and I’m the Joint Coordinator of ‘Hull & East Riding Friends of the Earth’. So I know how it feels to be compelled to actively pursue your values.
