Consultants Engineers Center (CEC) is a registered multi-disciplinary engineering company (S.A.E) based in Cairo, Egypt. Established by Prof. Ayman El Degwi in 1999, CEC has since become a reputable consultant in the field of infrastructure, sanitary, environmental, civil, and architectural engineering. CEC’s client-focused approach and commitment to positively impact both human lives and the environment made CEC a favorable consultant to many of its clients across Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East. Registered under Number 653 by the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate, we are also an authorized consultant for several governmental authorities including, the New Urban Communities Authority, General Authority for Urban Planning, National Organization for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage "NOPWASD", EIA studies at the Ministry of Environment (MOE), National Organization for Urban Harmony, Central Agency for Reconstruction, Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and many more. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company in the scope of Design, Studies, and Construction Supervision of Engineering and Environmental Projects, we have provided engineering services for more than 450 projects varying from mega-sized projects to medium-scale projects. Over the years, CEC has constructed working relationships with numerous parties, including funding agencies, research centers, and governmental agencies. Our passionate and dedicated team of over 200 engineers and specialists is conveniently headquartered at Al Gazayer Square over an area of 450m2 while the supporting facilities are located in Al-Gazair Street over an area of 150m2.
