Consulting and Training Center KEY

Consulting and Training Center KEY is an educational entity, dedicated to enriching the life of our clients through offering highly specialized knowledge, especially in the fields of food quality and safety, health and nutrition. Consulting and Training Center KEY is the founder and organizer of the annual food quality and safety, health and nutrition congress - NUTRICON (from 2014) and is the founder of the publication platform Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design - JHED (from 2011). Founded in 2008, in Skopje, Macedonia, by Prof. Dr. Vladimir Kakurinov, Consulting & Training Center KEY began its work as a one of the first HACCAP implementer in the country, vastly contributing to strengthening food policies and lowering health risks in the capital and beyond. In 2009, recognizing the qualities of Consulting & Training Center KEY, The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) officially formed the Macedonian Regional Section of EHEDG, with Prof. Dr. Vladimir Kakurinov as the president of the section. Prof. Dr. Vladimir Kakurinov also serves as a licensed EHEDG trainer for basic and advanced courses on Hygienic Design. In 2011, Consulting & Training Center KEY organised the first World Congress of EHEDG - Macedonia which gathered more than 300 participants, from more than 30 countries worldwide. The topics ranged from hygienic engineering and design to food quality and safety, as well as food manufacturing and processing. From that point on, Consulting & Training Center KEY has been responsible for organizing various food related congresses and conferences, with and without EHEDG, most notably: Conference in Food Quality and Safety & Hygienic Engineering and Design (2013), CEFood Congress (2014), Hygienic Design Festival (2015) and B-FoST Congress (2016).
