La mar aims to support organizations throughout the process of designing and implementing effective transitions, ensuring a journey from start to finish. We believe in creating changes that are grounded in reality, enabling sustainable results that align with the organization's internal and external context. La mar seeks to accompany organizations and groups in the design and transition to regenerative changes. The way of thinking and working responds to 2 areas of great importance: - Design is a way of thinking and working that enables co-creation with people and experimentation of assumptions in an iterative way to develop meaningful and effective changes. - The regenerative approach allows us to understand organizations as living systems, where changes emerge when conditions are created for organizational living to express, develop and flourish. We offer 5 modular services to be used individually or in a complementary way: 1) Diagnosis of the current situation. 2) Training in innovation and regenerative design. 3) Consulting project. 4) Minimum viable implementation. 5) Transition to change.
