Since 2017, Leadership and Diversity Consulting has primarily served clients in the U.S. and Canada. We have since expanded to serve clients on a global scale. At LDC we consult on every topic mentioned on our “about” page (www.ConsultWithLDC.com) as well as inclusive methodology, people engagement, and HR/DE&I professional partnerships. LDC partners with organizations in the creation of inclusion strategies, we collaborate on and lead discrimination/harassment “reviews” and investigations; LDC’s consultants also serve as certified, neutral, third party mediators in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. A single session consultation is preferred in order to collaborate on next steps.
