We will document and bring to light the ways in which companies seek to harm the average consumer by:

- Taking away their right to own, control and repair their purchases
- Using predatory tactics to squeeze the consumer at every turn
With your help, we can ensure that a light is shone on the modern landscape of consumer abuses, and that activists, journalists, policymakers, and the public are all armed with the knowledge of how such abuses are carried out.
