Consummate Care (UK) Limited was set up in 2009 to care for vulnerable people living in their own home.
Tony Dhami set up Consummate Care UK Ltd because he realised that there was little in the way of support and care provision provided to the Asian Community. He felt that care staff and those who run services did not have the relevant skills and understanding in terms of culture, language and ethnicity to provide good care to this community.
Tony’s ethos has always been to have a company that can provide good quality care that is cost effective and offers what individuals want rather than just what is needed. Since its set up we are now providing care to lots of different people across Coventry.
Consummate Care (UK) Ltd have contracts with both Coventry City Council and Birmingham City Council to provide home care and support services to their citizens as well as being able to offer Private Care.
Health and Social Care Workers deliver care and support based on individual need. We also take into account our service users “wants” as we realise that people living in the 21st Century have high expectations especially when it comes to their lives and when they are paying for it.
Our philosophy is to meet these requirements so as to provide a bespoke service which is service led rather than business led.
We believe that in this way we can provide our service users with a unique domiciliary service that is relevant to care in the 21st Century.
Service users can expect fully inclusive care provision based upon modern values and needs. Independence and fulfilment will be the main outcomes of the care and support delivered and through this we actively aim to achieve a good or outstanding rating when inspected by the Care Quality Commission.
Quality is a by word of our delivery, and all our staff will be trained to understand what this means and provide this continually to the individual.
