CONTACT Helpline is a 24-hour, 7 days-a-week, listening, health and human service information and referral service.
We provide listening, health and human service information and referral assistance to the Pennsylvania communities of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntington, Juniata, Lancaster, Mifflin, Perry and York counties.
CONTACT maintains a data library of thousands of referral agencies, organizations, and programs.

Since 1970, our highly-trained volunteers have maintained the 24-hour helpline, answering over 3,000 calls monthly.
CONTACT is considered the "Gateway to Human Services" and maintains the most comprehensive listing of human services available to residents.
Through partnerships with a number of county and state agencies and local United Ways, CONTACT continues to improve and expand it’s services to the community.
