Y'si, Z'si kuşaklar değişirken ileride kendilerine "ne ajansı" denilecek olursa olsun, üretmenin keyfinden uzakta olmayı asla istemiyorlar.
Kollektif bir yapıda ve dokuz-beş çalışmanın verimini tartışabilen, üretmek için gerekenin sadece istek olduğunu bilen freelance ya da tam zamanlı herkesle bir arada çalışmayı seviyorlar.
