Contingent Network Services 1994-2015 - Global technology services firm specializing in managed WAN, integration and logistics for large enterprises. In mid-summer 2015 the company was acquired by Comcast Business as a "bolt-on" allowing the acquirer to rapidly enter the highly competitive large enterprise managed WAN market. The newly acquired Contingent business unit operated for the next several years under the Contingent brand until more recently the brand was fully absorbed. As of 2022 Comcast Business still maintains a large presence in the West Chester, Ohio facility employing more than 300.
