Continuance Capital is a UK-based investment firm focused on investing in, and operating, high quality businesses, typically with £1-5M of EBITDA. Approach Our approach is to find high quality businesses and support them to reach their full potential by providing growth capital, new expertise, and energy. We look to build upon, rather than replace, the culture and strengths of the business. Our strategy to achieve returns is driven by growth, rather than cost cutting or financial engineering. We follow a structured, confidential process to evaluate potential investments. We move at speed, and minimise the time required from the management team. Target Businesses We target UK businesses with £1-5M EBITDA (~£4-40M Revenue). Our ideal targets are B2B businesses with recurring revenue streams and good profit margins. Sectors of interest include (but are not limited to): Waste, Packaging, Business / Property / IT services, Consumables manufacturing/distribution, TIC / compliance and SaaS Transaction Structure We aim to acquire 100% or a majority stake in the business in most cases. However, we have significant flexibility to structure a transaction that delivers the best outcome for all stakeholders. In most cases we will look to provide equity incentives (or similar) to the management team. We utilise debt funding in a prudent manner.
