Continuity Capital is a Louisville-based investment firm focused on acquiring a single, profitable business to buy and operate over the long term. Our priority is to provide owners seeking to transition their business with a reliable and trustworthy partner. We are searching for businesses with an EBITDA range of $750k - $3mm and a track record of consistent cash flows. The targeted geographies of our investment include the Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati areas. The firm was founded by Will Smith, who spearheads the M&A process and will operate as CEO / President of the acquired business at closing. Will began his career with JP Morgan Asset Management as an investment analyst in the high yield corporate credit group where he gained experience covering a variety of industries such as building materials, manufacturing, and healthcare. He holds his CFA (Charted Financial Analyst) designation and graduated from the University of Kentucky with degrees in Accounting & Finance. Will is advised by a group of entrepreneurs and executives who have bought and successfully operated companies in many industries.
