DoD has implemented the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) through the CMMCAB (cmmcab.org) in order to improve our nations cyber security defenses from our adversaries. CPIsys is a CMMCAB Registered Provider Organization (RPO), and founders Vicki and Jim have individually earned the Registered Provider (RP) designation. Our background in ISO audits and compliance/management systems allows CPIsys to provide the ongoing management from a procedural, risk management, and continuous improvement approach.
As we performed certification audits and provided consultant services over the past 25 years we saw the costs for ISO 9001, AS9100D and other ISO certifications rising.
Large companies easily absorbed these costs. Unfortunately for the companies under 150 employees, they have had to choose between keeping their certification and struggling financially or discontinue and be at risk of losing customers.
Continuous Process Improvement Systems, LLC (CPISys) was formed by Vicki (Victoria) Delaney and Jim Goodrich to provide a program that minimizes the cost impact as well as resource utilization for small manufacturing firms and DoD contractors.

* Integration with existing ISO/AS systems
* Liaison with the CMMC 3rd party assessment organization (C3PAO) for CMMC Certification Levels 1-5
