The focus of Continuum Capital is the creation of, the investment in and the management of ground lease properties. Our motivation is to develop this particular asset class into a more flexible investment instrument, both for investors which seek a secure, long-term and inflation-linked exposure to the price performance of freehold land, as well as yield driven investors which appreciate higher returns from leasehold buildings. Continuum Capital usually acts as investor in the freehold land. The company also provides advisory services to institutional investors related to the sourcing, structuring and financing of ground lease investments. Continuum Capital was founded in year 2009 in Frankfurt / Main, Germany.
