We are a member of Starnet Flooring Partnership, the nation's largest commercial flooring cooperative. Also, affiliated with Carpet One, one of the world’s largest full line flooring covering co-op, which offers us unique access to all lines of flooring. CCS is one of the oldest and largest commercial floor covering dealers in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, and Contract Carpet One, the largest Carpet One dealer in the area (Residential, New Home and Insurance Restoration Flooring). We are a 38 year old, second generation, privately held company, opened in 1976. In 1985, Kurt Zanelotti joined his father in the flooring business and has continued to operate CCS as its President/Owner. Kurt is an active member in the D.C. and Maryland community. He has received Person of the Year awards in 2002 and 2013 from the Maryland & Northern Virginia Floor Covering Association, and was honored in the Believe in Tomorrow Children’s Foundation’s 30 People Who Made a Difference in 30 Years list.
