We provide a complete sub contract manufacturing service which can accommodate production in our UK facility for volume quantities down to small batch. Utilising equipment to produce both through hole (PTH), surface mount (SMT) and mixed technology assemblies. We also offer full box build, cable and harness assembly and testing to customer specification. Design services are available through one of our trusted partners.
We don't charge pick and place machine set up fees which means you can schedule requirements without additional costs and take advantage of higher volume pricing for smaller batch deliveries. We always strive to build to your timescales rather than your product being built when the manufacturer can “fit you in”. We want your business and we don’t want you to feel like we are “doing you a favour” by building your products. There is always a solution if we work together.
We run quality procedures to ISO9001:2008 standard and are solely UK based, with no offshore manufacturing facility. Utilising an Automatic Optical Inspection System (AOI) allows us to verify and record the quality of everything we build, ensuring consistency and reliability. Our ‘can do’ attitude means we never fail to deliver.
