Welcome to Contracting Partners! We are passionate about empowering contractors to achieve their full potential. We learned the ropes by owning and operating a successful general contracting company for 13 years. Our primary takeaway from that experience was that the demands placed upon licensed contractors are more than most company owners can reasonably handle. We believe that one of the fundamental explanations for the struggles endured by contractors is the inefficiency of traditional methods of operating a construction company. The old ways involve owning talent and systems, and performing all of the administrative work in-house. This approach is costly, inflexible, and too often results in contractors doing the work themselves. Technology is changing the game. Networks and software are making it possible for Contracting Partners to deliver highly specialized expertise and enterprise systems on a demand basis: efficiency and quality are maximized, costs are minimized.
