Based on our proven knowledge and experiences in some cases we provide the 3rd Level support for ECM systems instead of the vendor. After facing our customers' problems surrounding ECM / DMS systems, Contum can provide solutions for Trusted Archiving, Biometric eSignature, ECM / DMS vendor change, ECM/DMS migrations, and Information Rights Management also.
