Convenient Support Services (CSS) is a nursing and disability support company that was started in response to a growing need for an organisation that is passionate about services that truly reflect person centred practice. Our unique approach incorporates a system that meets the needs of the whole person and promotes and embeds health and wellbeing in our clients. We have extensive experience working with people with specific needs such as complex care, mental health and substance use related issues. We work with many clients who speak diverse languages and who come from different cultural backgrounds, also known as CALD clients.
