Convergence is a woman-owned agency based in Chicago, IL and Asheville, NC. As a team of creatives we combine design and play with the principles of good learning to create resilient systems of learning. Our services include learning design, participatory research & multimodal production including the following: Design professional learning for adult learners and educators. Design courses and programs that ensure powerful learning experiences. Build frameworks for competency, skills, outcomes, and assessment Develop learning tools and delivery systems (including blended approaches) Create learner-centered pathways that scaffold skills over time Strategize structures, routines, and protocols for Communities of Practice Video Production: script development, video shooting, editing, VoiceOver, animation. Graphic design: slide decks, infographics, visual storytelling. Interaction design: games, apps and interactives used in e-courses. Culturally responsive materials: diverse representation in imagery and audio narration, media literacy, and attention to popular culture Communicating impact through logic models, case studies, data visualizations, reports, videos, and value-creation stories. Conducting formative evaluation and program reviews. Mapping learning outcomes, goals, and needs to ensure alignment with program design. Collecting data and stakeholder feedback that will inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for improvement.
