ConverSafe Partnership

Founded in 2024 as a UK Limited Liability Partnership, ConverSafe has a team of Associates to deliver services across central Europe. The ConverSafe Program transforms behaviours by emotionally engaging people, so they are self-motivated about protecting themselves and others. Participants learn when to trigger, and how to use the seven ConverSafe competencies for enhancing their situational awareness. The Program is customised and scaled to the size of the company and ensures sustainable results through Train-the-Trainer and organizational engagement modules. No workbooks, no PowerPoint, just talking safety; developing transferable habits into everyday activities in the workplace, while driving or at home.
