We have designed our services to make your conveyancing transaction as stress free as possible by providing:
- Initial consultations over the phone, email or via secured video conferences;
- Explaining the conveyancing transaction in a clear and straight forward manner;
- Outlining the steps that need to occur;
- Documents can be signed electronically using DocuSign;
- Verification of identity can occur via IdFy (online verification) or Australia Post (in person verification);
- Prices are predominantly fixed and are available on our website;
- One Contract review for free for each new client; and
- An affordable conveyancing service with the expertise and experience of someone who has practiced property law for 10 years.
