If you refer through us you can be confident that any Client which you refer will receive the highest level of service from an SRA regulated Solicitor, with which we have daily engagement. We act as an additional communicator between you and the Solicitor, providing immediate updates to you, so that you do not have to chase as part of your day-to-day. Our terms are industry competitive, and ensure your referral fees are finalised as the mortgage reaches completion. We are a small business, being supported by small businesses, and we value our relationships with independent estate agents and brokers across England and Wales. If we have been recommended to you by your Estate Agent or Broker, you can be assured that we have a positive regular working relationship with them and will be working closely and communicating with them until your mortgage application completes.
