Many people dream of becoming a musical artist: few make it. Imagine the odds of success in the music industry when you have a criminal record and, more often than not, an underprivileged and traumatic past and very few opportunities. Through Conviction Records we aim to restore dignity, reconnect people with purpose and society, challenge assumptions people hold of ‘prisoners’ and crucially, give people a voice.
