Founded in 2005, Cooks Academy is Dublin's Premier Cookery School. It is located centrally at 19 South William Street, Dublin 2 and can accommodate up to 80 people for demonstration cookery courses and 72 for hands on cookery courses.
This world class culinary institution destination caters for enthusiastic amateurs, aspiring food entrepreneurs, hospitality trade professionals and corporate, social and business groups. The school teaches just about every type of cuisine in 2.5 hour courses, 4 hour courses, 1 day courses and 1 week courses.
The school's flagship Culinary Programmes The Certificate in Professional Cookery (8 Week) and Certificate in Practical Cookery (4 Week) provide more structured culinary education for career interested students.
Corporate and Group cookery events are highly popular at Cooks academy and the school caters for events up to 100 people at a time.
