Cool Pro Air Conditioning Trading LLC, known also as “Cool Pro” is a subsidiary of TS Investment (TSI) a well‐known multifaceted holding company in the UAE. Since its establishment in 2017, the vision of Cool Pro has always been to become the preferred HVAC equipment and services partner in the UAE and the region with the goal of eventually creating its own brand name in the world of HVAC industry. Additionally, we have been building a wide range of experience in the different field of Building Maintenance (Hard & Soft Core) and in our effort to always strive for service excellence, we have developed our own unique Standard Operating Procedure, which has proven effective recently in consistently meeting our clients’ expectations. Our mission to achieve our target has lead us to become authorized distributors for major brands in the UAE such as JOHNSON CONTROLS-HITACHI & DUNHAM‐BUSH and to provide our clients with the Highest Quality of service that they deserve. Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning is a global air conditioning manufacturer, established in October 2015 as a joint venture of Johnson Controls International plc and Hitachi Appliances, Inc. (now Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc.). DUNHAM‐BUSH, however, is a technological master‐mind US brand with more than 100 years in history. Throughout its tenure, DB has focused on innovative product development. Today, DB provides a full portfolio of HVAC/R products from fan coil units to large centrifugal chillers as well as many other innovative green solutions. Alternatively, Cool Pro is able to carryout all types of services being it maintenance or repair covering all types of buildings and equipment, especially MEP & Air Conditioning. Moreover, and in its search for distinction within its approach, Cool Pro is currently developing sustainable, highly‐efficient and environmentally‐friendly HVAC solutions under its own brand that are critical for the future of this region.
