Cooper & Elms is a family run, Independent Electrical retailer who has been serving West Norfolk with Audio/Visual Equipment and Domestic Appliances for over 35 years. Cooper & Elms was established on 1st September, 1984 by partners Richard Cooper & Peter Elms selling small electrical and electronic goods and components. Gradually they grew the stocking range to include TV and Hifi and became authorised dealers for many major brands at the time coupled with becoming service agents for many brands through our repair workshop. Richard Cooper took sole ownership of the business in 1995 when his wife Elaine and son Ian took a more active role having both worked as part of the business since day one. We became a Euronics member in 2009, which enabled us to access a greater range of top brands and give us the buying power of the group to offer even better prices. This also opened up the availability of domestic appliances too and in 2009 we began to stock a range of cooking, laundry and refrigeration products. As a retailer in today's current climate we understand that price and service is everything, so we aim to stock a whole range of products across a whole range of prices to suit every budget. We stock major household appliances (built in and freestanding) from major manufacturers including Beko, Blomberg, Bosch, Hoover, Neff, Siemens & Zanussi. We also hold a range of TV's and recorders to enhance that viewing experience from top brands like LG, Samsung & Sony. We have a team of knowledgeable staff, who keep up to date with latest technologies in a very fast moving market and who are always available to give customers friendly advice. We provide a service which is not just about selling the product, for all purchases over £100, we offer a free delivery (within 25 miles of store) with installation and removal of old appliances also available (charges apply) and after sales service and advice is always available in store or by phone.
