Cooperative 3E is a non-profit social business committed to freeing women's untapped potential and promoting diverse, equitable and inclusive working environments. Our mission is to create opportunities for work, entrepreneurship and career development especially for women who have untapped potential as they are facing higher barriers on the labour market because they have migrated to Finland or are members of minorities such as e.g. Afrofinns − or have untapped potential because they are mothers of small children. The fact that we support women doesn’t mean that we are somehow against men − or that we wouldn’t acknowledge sexual and gender minorities. You define yourself and we accept you as you are. We are warmly welcoming everyone who shares the same mission and wants to promote gender equality and diverse, equitable and inclusive working life. How are we going to do it? → Our career incubator concept consists of a business incubator supporting women in building and developing their own business, career events and training, and opportunities for employment, internship and on-job training. → Our think tank is an open platform for innovating, conceptualizing and testing new services as well as an opportunity for finding similar-minded peers and raise resources for turning ideas into concrete projects. → Our co-working space in Vaasa provides peer-support, communal resources and flexible facilities for short- and long-term use including play areas and facilities for children. → We are not going to do it alone!
