COOPERA is founded by the Digital Magics, Enry's Island, Entopan Innovation, Key Capital, LVenture Group and Nana Bianca italian incubators under the guidance of the promoter Saverio Canepa, a Roman professional with various experiences as an executive in many Italian companies, also listed, as well as advisor to various investment funds such as LDA Capital, Fort Partners, Quercus and NEVA. Coopera's goal is to facilitate the investment process of innovative start-ups during their post-seed expansion phase, with funding ranging from approximately € 500,000 up to € 1.2 million. In this regard, Coopera has finalized a strategic partnership with Vertis SGR which envisages the collaboration of Coopera in the process of selecting the investments of the next Venture Capital fund of the company led by Amedeo Giurazza. The goal of collecting subscriptions for the VERTIS fund is set at € 60 million which will allow the Vertis fund to participate in at least 50 companies, mainly presented by Coopera's shareholder incubators. The first investments will begin in the first half of 2023 and then continue over the next 5 years.
