COPE Occupational Health Services

We provide clients with occupational health and wellbeing services delivered by high calibre, competent professional teams specialising in occupational health, business psychology, workplace ergonomics and occupational physiotherapy. Our focus is to treat clients as individuals. Working together to identify needs and priorities we support clients to manage the impact of work on health, wellbeing, productivity and engagement. We also look at the reverse – how absence and ill health and poor motivation impact on an employee’s work and the organisation as a whole. We recognise there is no ‘one size fits all’ so we tailor our offering to meet client expectations and offer a flexible mix of delivery options comprising on site/face to face services; and telephone advisory services managed through our Service Management Centre. Our Health Hub offers all clients on-line services: - our multi-functional, on-line portal with access to advice, information and support for employees, line managers and HR/SHE colleagues. - apps to support work flow including on-line referrals, fitness for work and health surveillance assessments, new starter health assessments. - our unique occupational health database (COHAD) which tracks health and absence, KPIs, and, backed up by sound data supports our clients’ health risk management strategies and health promotion activity. With strong links to academic research, NGOs and government bodies and a commitment to deliver evidence based practice we enable our clients’ health and wellbeing strategies to benefit from contemporary trends backed up by our quality markers – ISO9001 and SEQOHS.
