Coping keys is a mental health organisation founded by Dr. Aarushi Dewan with the aim to make mental health services accessible to all from the comfort of one’s home with the perspective of creating a safe , comfortable and non judgmental space where we will work together in your journey towards mental well being. The aim of the organisation is to provide online therapy services and psychiatric consultation with clinical experts. The team of therapists at coping keys exclusively consists of only RCI Licensed clinical psychologists who are clinically equipped and have the adequate professional training and experience to treat sensitive mental health conditions. The experts at Coping Keys follow an Evidence based Therapy approach for specific mental health issues and ensure to treat all clients with respect, dignity and compassion. This organisation is formed with the vision to cater to each individual who is caught in striking a balance between their taxing work life culture and household responsibilities residing in metropolitan cities and unable to take out time to visit therapists for weekly sessions in their cumbersome schedule .
