Copley Acquisition Corp (NYSE: COPLU) is a blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company with limited liability and incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination involving one or more businesses. We currently intend to concentrate our efforts on identifying companies in either the technology or lifestyle sectors. We believe our management team has the skills and experience to identify, evaluate and consummate a business combination and is positioned to assist businesses we acquire. While we intend to conduct a global search for target businesses without being limited by geographic region, we intend to focus our search for a business combination partner in the Asia Pacific (excluding the PRC) and North American regions
