Copper Bottom Craft Distillery is located in Holly Hill, Florida, an area rich with history for distilled spirits. Our award-winning rum and vodka is handcrafted in small batches using unrefined sugar cane. We are known for our unique barrel-aged rums, including our Single Barrel Rum, aged in a once-used bourbon barrel from Kentucky, as well as our Wine Barreled Rum, Sherry, and Port Finished Rums. We host free tours and tastings Wednesday through Saturday from 12-7 p.m., and we also offer a selection of craft cocktails in the tasting room including frozen daiquiris.
Just a few miles away from our distillery is historic Three Chimneys, the site of the oldest sugar plantation and rum distillery in the United States that dates back to 1764. Building on the history of this once thriving operation, we launched our brand of artisan spirits in 2015 with the purpose of bringing the craft of distilling back to its roots.
