Founded in 1992 in Blainville, Coratech Métal specializes in the manufacturing of ventilation equipment for commercial heating and air conditioning systems such as HVAC and VAV units as well as industrial ventilation solutions. CORATECH is now on all ventilation components (fans, silencers, terminal units, etc.). In April of 2013, Gislain Caron, president of Les Aciers Monaco Inc. located in Terrebonne, acquired the assets of Coratech Metal and joined the Blainville team. This association permitted the company to add Equipol air diffusers and pallet rack repair systems to its catalogue. In June of 2018, Gilles Beauquin, acquired Les Aciers Monaco Inc. and Coratech Metal. Beauquin’s arrival breathed new life into the company. The addition of a range of industrial fans and the acquisition of a laser cutter placed innovation and continuous improvement at the heart of the company’s progress and development.
