we are a state-of-the-art pilates and corealign® studio located in the gateway quarter of over-the-rhine. offering a mixture of classes teaching exercises perfected by joseph pilates while adding a contemporary approach. as a boutique studio the size of the classes are limited to 4 people maximum for individual attention and corrections, even in a group setting. group fitness classes are limited to 10 people, if you are tired of the packed classes offered at larger gyms then we are the spot for you!! we are cincinnati’s first corealign studio, offering private and group sessions on the newest piece of equipment which promotes great posture and adds a true challenge to your practice. the corealign takes your classic pilates exercises and puts you in a vertical position promoting a higher level of balance which you can take beyond your practice!
