Core Flow

Core Flow is owned by Sonya Brotherton who is a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and Nutritionist. I specialise in fitness and wellness with on-line programmes and personal coaching for female athlete over the age of 35. As a 50+ competitive triathlete I understand the complex needs of females in endurance sports and those looking to increase their speed, strength and longevity. Additionally I am a Stand Up Paddling racer and have competed internationally for Team GB. I offer race coaching as a qualified Level 4 Paddle UK Performance Coach.
