Core Minerals is a privately held company focused on the acquisition and management of producing and non-producing oil and natural gas properties. From April of 2006 through April of 2010, Core executed a regional roll-up strategy closing ten separate oil and gas asset purchases, integrating the acquisitions, and ultimately divesting the consolidated asset group. Today, Core Minerals continues to develop new oil and gas opportunities in and beyond the Illinois Basin with a proven history of creating asset value through the aggregation of complimentary assets as well as the deployment of new technologies and enhanced drilling techniques such as horizontal drilling. The management team has extensive experience in production operations, natural gas gathering systems and pipelines, project and prospect identification, drilling and development, and processing and transportation of oil and gas.
