Research project to improve the spinal health of astronauts by the Centre for Aerospace Medicine Studies @faculdademedicina.ulisboa The CORE (Core Oriented Resistance Exercise) team aims to enhance the tone of trunk muscles of astronauts conducting missions in microgravity conditions.
