The partners of the firm have owned and operated Commercial Real Estate since 1998 with vast experience in development and income acquisitions throughout the United States in all asset classes. Core Property Capital is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with an office in Naples, Florida. The firm is led by a very well capitalized group of seasoned real estate professionals with significant experience in retail, multi-family, office and hospitality product types. This broad range of experience helps the team as it analyzes the complete scope of each investment. In early 2008, the firm’s principals made a strategic decision to divest most of their real estate holdings in order to be well capitalized for future deals. The decision has left the firm with no legacy issues and the ability to be forward looking.
